Property size is just slightly over 1/4 x 1/4 mile, wide open and very remote.  Easy access but no cell service.  Property was subdivided long ago and is in between two old Iron Mines, with survey markers still in place.  BLM lands on one side, great to have additional access to public lands.  Soil was firm and no problem to drive out to property along BLM boundary, but would recommend a vehicle with clearance.  4WD or AWD could be necessary during certain times of the year.

No utilities nearby, anything here would be off the grid.

Typical views on the way out, we did the paved 18 miles in about 25 minutes give or take.  The road climbs a quick pass giving some great countryside views.
