View looking north to Topaz Lake.

Same view off the street between a couple Junipers.  Not a ton of trees on the property but enough to keep things interesting.

Power pole and electric on property.

Street view looking west towards Walker River, US 395, and eastern sierra mountains.  Front of property is staked, notice the marker at the base of the tree.  "Camp Antelope Road"

Other street-side marker downhill towards lower neighbor.

View looking east towards Camp Antelope.

Standing near center of property looking towards Coleville.

One piece of junk has migrated into property, perhaps from a neighbor or strong winds.  Other than this the property is in a natural state.

Looking east over Camp Antelope towards Wild Horse Mountain.

SE view towards another neighbor.

View towards Walker.

Near center of property looking south towards Camp Antelope Road.

Hillside views, Camp Antelope fence in foreground.

Closer to street looking north.

Property is great for someone that doesn't want to look at a lot of homes nearby, that could change with the construction of a two story home.  Property is zoned for mobile homes, a mobile is probably the most cheapest way to go although you can build anything and many custom estates are nearby.

Trees and an old downed tree at front of lot.

Front property marker just off the pavement, drive by and you can located the lot easily from behind the wheel.

Property marker just below power lines than run down the length of lot.  The power pole in distance is close to the center of property and then it (the boundary) extends another 300' or so north.  Measurements are just approximate to give you an idea.

Again thanks for looking and if interested please reach out.  Because we finance property ourselves I've noticed that they may not last long.  Not a lot of sellers will finance making it a hassle to buy land if you don't have the full amount saved away.  First come, first served.

While holding the note we do allow for construction to proceed as long as permits are pulled with Mono County, and are here to help.
