Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the desert.  Some neighbors, but miles away.

Panamint Range views.

Northerly view, looking across the property.

Views to the south along Indian Ranch Road.  This road bisects the 80 acres and is county maintained.

Looking across the dry Panamint lake and across property to Argus Range.  The lake can fill up during these wet winters, keep away, the mud will encase jeeps, buggies, motorcycles, etc. (whatever you have)

Up valley, northerly views again looking toward Panamint Springs Resort.

Ballarat's "Out Post" about four miles away, very light refreshments sometimes on sale.

View from inside the Out Post looking across the townsite of Ballarat.

Old carriage and Post Office/Jail and Post Office Springs.

Evening desert light, photo taken from Panamint Springs Resort.

Looking at a Harrison map it appears that wilderness covers part of the property.  The Warm Sulphur Springs is a good place for spotting valley wildlife, and an easy walk from property.  Red arrow is not this property, but close.

Warm Springs with loud furry friends.

BLM land use map.  Here the yellow signifies BLM land and BLM Wilderness, purple is Death Valley National Park.  Blue = State Lands and the orange is an Indian Reservation.  White is private lands of which this property is one of three privately owned parcels in the entire valley -- there are others tucked into the hills. (This 80 acre parcel is the last large one we own and above the red arrow, this is an old map showing another property we previously sold)
